Noreen McCann has a lifelong track record as a solid conservative and a loyal Republican. Noreen began her career fighting for family values at the grassroots level before working to support conservative principles as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C. during the early years of the Reagan administration. In D.C. Noreen worked with Congressional offices and other organizations to support a strong national defense and advance the life issues.
Noreen moved to St. Louis to marry Kevin McCann over 30 years ago. They have raised their six children, ranging in age from 29 years to 18 years old, in West St. Louis County. Their youngest child leaves for college this fall.
Here in Missouri, Noreen’s Republican involvement includes working on campaigns at all levels, from presidential, senate and Congressional campaigns to state legislative races and local municipal elections, including campaigns for Senator Roy Blunt, State Senator Jane Cunningham, Representative Allen Icet and Monarch Fire Board President Robin Harris. Noreen and Kevin have served as Republican Party delegates at township, Congressional and state convention levels.
The McCann children have also participated in self-government by working polls, phone banking and completing mailings for Republican candidates. Their oldest son Jack worked on Capitol Hill in Sen. Roy Blunt’s office for four years and is now a business consultant. Their oldest daughter Molly was an officer of the St. Louis Young Republicans Club. She is currently the Executive Director of Missouri Roundtable for Life which engages in education and advocacy for life.
